Liked: Good location and plenty of better hotels close by.
Disliked: The hostess was incredibly rude. No hello or welcome, just demanded to see my credit card and ID, then pointed in the general direction of the room and said “it’s right there!”Our room wasn’t “right there”. It was at the very end of the hotel so we had to put our luggage back in the car and drive to the other end of the parking lot.The room looked okay at first glance, but there were multiple issues.- Our door would not latch properly and the lock did not lock, so there was never any sense of personal safety while in the room, anyone could just walk in.- The A/C unit on the wall did not work either and it was HOT in the room.-there was no noise suppression in the hotel so you could hear EVERYTHING the neighbors were doing and saying (including using the bathroom).-we were only given one small towel in the bathroom.-the tv barely worked.-We were told there would be a hairdryer in our room, but there wasn’t one.At about 5am we were woken up to a loud, obnoxious alarm throughout the hallway. It was not turned off until 8am. We did not have a restful night.We decided to speak to the hostess to ask whether we could cancel the next few nights and just pay for tonight. We told her our issues and she LAUGHED IN OUR FACES and said “yeah that’s your fault, why didn’t you just call maintenance?” Excuse me? Are we supposed to call maintenance in the middle of the night? She then told us that we weren’t getting any refunds to just go back to our rooms and deal with it.After that, we tried to give our key card back to check out and she kept asking “early or late checkout?”. We told her we wanted to check out now and she said we weren’t allowed to leave yet. At this point we started arguing and that’s when the manager stepped out. We told him our situation and he apologized and said we’d get a refund. We bought a hotel somewhere else that was half the price and a million times better.

Liked: It was clean and staff was friendly
Disliked: The bathroom door was awful. It was a sliding door with no lock. The products they use to clean are extremely strong. Made my sinuses hurt

Liked: breakfast was awesome!! hotel is clean!! staff is wonderful!! beds are comfortable!!
Disliked: the shower has little water pressure and could use bigger bottles for shampoo and conditioner

Classic Best Western
Liked: We mostly stayed in the hotel as it was raining non stop for two days. It was fine, classic best western, nothing to complain about too much. Quite big with all the amenities you would realistically need. We would come back.
Disliked: It's just a general complaint about breakfasts offered in the US. This was complimentary breakfast, but the food options are all full of sugar and of very poor quality. No salads, wasteful plastic cutlery and the AC set to a very low temperature. It was universal experience and we typically had way better breakfasts even in low end hotels in Europe.

Liked: A very pleasant place to stay. The staff were all helpful and welcoming. We had an issue with the TV remote not working and someone dealt with it right away. Breakfast was great. Very affordable in the off season.
