Liked: i had only one request i asked for king size pillows, the staff came back and told me yhey only had one small pillow it was rediculous, i was in a handicap roon, and it is to small to get a walker around in.

Nice stay in Yarmouth

Liked: Very good property. Quite impressed with the size of the rooms and decors. Only problem found the restroom has a sliding door and no locks. Big positive point is that it has an attached Indian Restaurant so u can enjoy great food without leaving the property.
Disliked: The restroom doors can’t be locked. Sliding and lot of gaps. Good for couples but not good for family with elderly parents.

Disliked: Could smell cigarette smoke coming from fan in bathroom. Late at night.

Horrible all around

Liked: It was in a great location.
Disliked: We lost hot water and got zero communication from the property about losing it. We were not told when we came back in after going out for about an hour on the first night, we did not get a text/email or any type of communication. We had to keep asking if it was back on and were told it should be on soon but it took almost 24 hours to get hot water back. At one point, we were told it should be back on and when we went up it was not. We had to call down to inform them it was not fixed. It was another 2 hours before it got fixed. 24 hours at an expensive hotel with no hot water and zero communication is unfathomable.We had no "do not disturb" sign to keep housekeeping out, so when housekeeping cleaned they did not give us enough towels for the 5 of us staying. They only have us 3. When we went back down to ask for towels, the front desk told us someone would be up in 5 minutes. Twenty minutes later, we called saying we were trying to shower the kids (now that we finally had hot water) before bed, and we were told 10 minutes. It took over an hour to get towels from the front desk. If they had been honest about running out and needing to finish the load of laundry that would have been fine. They were dishonest and uncommunicative.Additionally, there were drain flies in the bathroom. Disgusting. I wish we could have found an open room anywhere else, but everything was booked.At checkout, I told them I had a bad stay and they did not care. I got a half hearted apology. I put in a complaint to booking.com to get some type of partial refund because this stay was atrocious.

Exceptional

First day amazing second day...

Liked: Nice property, nice area, close to water park & stores.
Disliked: Our second day there was no hot water at all which made it impossible to shower. Very inconvenient after coming back from the water park and being with the kids. All water was still freezing the next day before check out as well.
