Didn’t stay there it was...

Liked: Employees were terrible and lied.
Disliked: Called before booking. Was told what I was paying was all ide need to pay nothing would be collected on property. When I got there I was told there would be an additional $100 required and wouldn’t be returned for over 30 days.

A pleasant surprise for a...

Liked: Excellent treatment by staff. Rooms are a significant improvement over most Best Western rooms I have experienced. .
Disliked: Unfortunately the towels could use a similar upgrade from the standard Best Western fare

Affordable comfort at it’s best.

Liked: I loved everything about my stay. Aiden will be my go to hotel and I will recommend Aiden to friends and family. I wouldn’t change a thing. A+++
Disliked: I can’t think of a thing.

Definitely would stay again

Liked: Front desk staff was extremely nice. Room was spacious. Beds were so comfortable. Very quiet did not hear any other guests

The room was a good...

Liked: No breakfast includedd
Disliked: I wasn’t expecting a pet fee when I registered at the front desk. Towels in the bathroom were thin needed to use multiple towels to dry after my shower. Carpet on the floor was very dirty. I spilled some water went to wipe it up with a tissue got almost mud.

Would not reccomend due to...

Liked: The location and free EV charging.
Disliked: Our bathroom faucet was loose, our toilet handle was loose, the towel holder on the wall almost fell off, the towels we got had other peoples hair in them, there was kids running around and yelling outside of our room past 10:00 at night, the room had no privacy from those around the walk way unless blackout curtains were down. The hotel was extremely overrated, under maintained, and underwhelming while over priced
