Poor - 1 out of 5

I am mortified to have spent three nights here. The website completely misrepresented this place as a hotel, not a hostel. We were to have a queen bed, and we had a full at best for two people. No hot water. No amenities. Dirty. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Talk about putting a damper on our trip to Outside Lands. We were certainly looking to save money but never would have believed that this place could stay open and charge people any amount of money to stay there. Should be ashamed.

Liked: Avoid at all costs. This place is ridiculous.
Disliked: Nothing.

Great stay overall!

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was near to the tourist attaction we want to visit. Price is reasonable.
Disliked: There were no tooth brush, shaver and hair dryer available.. No aircon in the room, we had to open the window to sleep, it was okay since its winter. However, it was too noisy, if there were aircon it will be better.
