Very nice would have like...

Liked: The property was so comfortable and clean. The people were nice and the breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing

Very good

Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, convenient...

Liked: They have a varied breakfast, which was unusual for most of our locations. The food was good and the hosts made sure guests had what they needed. The location was good for transportation as it is within a block of a subway station. The rooms were clean and roomy. An issue with one of the rooms was fixed quickly. Even though the location is near busy streets, the rooms were quiet.
Disliked: Not the hotel itself, but it was difficult to get taxi service on Sunday morning to go to the train station.

Liked: Location. Clean room and lovely breakfast.

High price, very bad property...

Liked: The proximity to the train station and other landmarks (That's it).
Disliked: The room did not meet my expectations considering the price I paid for one night (224 Euros). The air conditioning was extremely noisy and annoying, making it difficult to sleep well. Additionally, the bathroom had a significant issue: the shower door covered only half of the shower area, so every time you take a shower, the area will be ended up soaked with water everywhere in the bathroom ! I do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for comfort, even if you pay a good price like I did :(

Location, location, location!

Liked: Location was fantastic with metro right outside and within a mile of downtown and Milano Central. Staff and the breakfast spread were also fantastic!
Disliked: Room had some issues, needed a pain job in some places and you could hear when people upstairs flushed due to the building being old. Also not enough storage in the bathroom.

A delightful experience in Ai...

Liked: A very clean, tidy, comfortable and stylish hotel. The mattress was really comfortable and the room was very clean.The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and very nicely laid out. The location was perfect, metro station just a stones throw away.
