Liked: Loved the Italian feel of the hotel. And staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Some of the lights in room didn’t work.

Close to city center in...

Liked: Location is close to cathedral, tram, and metro. Breakfast is good for Italian standards. Room and breakfast room have a nice historical flair.
Disliked: I had some difficulties getting into the hotel electronically, contacting staff was not always easy. Breakfast started too late for my congress timetable.

Liked: Great location and excellent service, the staff were very helpful and always quick to respond.
Disliked: The Wi-Fi connection didn't work well. The room was clean, but it felt dark and not very cosy.

Excellent location with snoring neighbors

Liked: The guest house is in an excellent location with easy access to everything. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. I was arriving late , after check-in time and was sent excellent directions to self check in. I would stay here again
Disliked: The room we were in though lovely had an extremely thin wall. The place is historic and it is obvious that they took one of the chamber rooms and divided it with a thin /hollow wall to create 2 bedrooms. The wall was so thin you could hear the couple next door doing everything and I mean everything, from chatting to rolling in bed..we stayed in the Bianca room and the one next to us was the Cristina.. just don't stay in either of those and you'll be fine
