Disliked: Had to check out early. Got there at 1am Checked in at 4am because of technical difficulties. Then left at 8am and got the call that we had to be out in an hour so never made it back spent a total of about three hours in the room.

Liked: I booked a room (king non-smoking) in July 2019 but when I called the hotel a week prior to arrival (Feb. 23rd, 2020) they indicated we had been given two queen beds in the room. The hotel said that the reservation was correct....Booking said that the hotel made the change. I called again and the second time that Booking talked to the hotel was enough for the hotel to book the room that we had wanted and booked. I really appreciated Bookings help and the help from the hotel to straighten out the problem. We got a great room for our stay and everything was wonderful.
Disliked: This is the second time that we have booked at Agua Caliente and there has been problem. We have stayed there a number of times so we understand that things happen. We know to contact the hotel prior to arrival to ensure that we get a room that we want. It is nice to see the hotel being so responsive to issues that come up and we really appreciate it. We also thank Booking for their follow-up. Thank you......

Liked: Liked the pool and love the concert venue.
Disliked: Didn?t like all of the smoke. They need some protected areas. Cost was expensive For the size and type of room. Balcony is over air conditioners so a lot of noise. They only have one nice restaurant (steakhouse) and another more casual one. Hard to get in.
