Luxurious hotel in stunning location...

Liked: Absolutely stunning location overlooking Killarney and the Lakes.The hotel was really comfortable and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly andefficient from front reception team to Tino andstaff in the Restaurant and the Spa staff.We had a lovely room overlooking the lake -spotlessly clean with excellent shower and comfy bedding. Dinner and breakfast both excellent and our only regret was that we didn’t book a two night stay rather than one.We will definitely return

Relaxing but not really 5...

Liked: Ok service was slow and meal not hot when it arrived
Disliked: Spa thermal suite basic and steam room out of order. Pool area ok but defo not suitable for children stairs etc. spa treatments were good but noise outdoor disturbed peace

Liked: Stunning hotel in a lovely setting..Wonderful food.Staff were amazing...They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to provide a memorable stay.Food and cocktails were gorgeous

Beautiful hotel with exceptional dining...

Liked: Food was exceptional! We changed plans to eat back at the hotel an extra night, after eating their our first night. Views are stunning with great walking trails.
