Excellent location, staff, and facilities,...

Disliked: Excellent room, excellent staff, but uncomfortable beds and uncomfortable pillows. Even if we had brought our own pillows, the two queen beds were both sinking/saggy. :-(

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the location was close to downtown.
Disliked: The room seemed old even though it had been remolded. And the air conditioner was loud.
