Liked: It was close to everything. Lots of things within walking distance.
Disliked: The bathroom in the Amistata room was very small

Lovely stay in a fab...

Liked: It was a very well located stay in a lovely neighbourhood, and the breakfast was delicious- really set us up for the day. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Unfortunately the roof terrace was closed which we were not informed of before arrival and it had been a key criteria for booking this stay. One morning at 7:15am a cleaner tried to come into our room which was rather disconcerting.

Phenomenal stay at this gem...

Liked: I had an excellent stay at this gem of a boutique hotel. From the incredible spa treatment I received to the personalized touches during my stay, I had a phenomenal experience. All of the staff were so accommodating and helpful. I received tea each night with a handwritten card from the staff member on duty and was greeted with a refreshing, cold drink when I arrived. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and with how comfortable my room was. Also, the hotel is incredibly safe, especially for a solo female traveler, as it is gated, and one cannot enter without being personally let in by a staff member. Additionally, Agata is close to a number of walkable destinations. I definitely recommend this hotel for solo travelers and couples. I hope to be able to go back again!
Disliked: There isn't anything I did not like about my stay. I was completely happy with the service and accommodations.

Liked: The staff, very attentive from Ivan who greeted us late at night with a wonderful hot tea, to Ximena who made sure our breakfast suited our Kiwi tastes. This hotel is a home away from home.
Disliked: Nothing, everything exceeded our expectations.

Liked: A sweet, new hotel with everything to make you feel welcome. We loved the balcony where we could sit in the evening enjoying tea provided by the hotel. Breakfast was exceptional. The staff was extremely helpful and very patient with our poor Spanish (they speak a very good English). The position is perfect, and the area is quiet .

Great home base to explore...

Liked: Where do we start? Our stay was amazing! From the design of the room, the rooftop terrace, the personalized breakfast (with 2 courses) to the service level of the staff (prepping the room for the night): we enjoyed it to the max. Comfortable bed with duvets and AC so no cold night. Good location as well: near the center of Coyoacán and the Frida Kahlo museum. Iván and the rest of the staff really made us feel at home.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: This Boutique Hotel is beautiful, with an incredible decor and super confortable bed . Everybosy very helpful and always available for anything. The send a great tea to my room for goodnight. Very central and just a 5 minutes walk from Coyuacan square and Frida Kahlo museum
Disliked: The two nights I were there , other guest were extremely noisy
