An absolute pleasure in a...

Liked: An exceptional boutique hotel. Interior design out of this world and the staff made us feel so welcome and special. Gavino the chef was like a special friend and breakfast was something else. Possibly the nicest hotel we ever stayed in ( and we travel a lot). Attention to detail was outstanding.
Disliked: Could not fault anything

Liked: This is a very well appointed hotel close to the main attractions. Yoga was great first thing followed by a great breakfast. All the staff are wonderful. I would thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel. My partner says it’s like a home from home.

Liked: Very comfortable, lovely atmosphere, lovely details like face masks in room and daily personal welcome note, really nice breakfast with smoothie bowls
Disliked: It was a little hard to know how to check in when I arrived at night, I think if there were instructions on how to check in that would be helpful

Liked: We enjoyed the welcome drinks and the daily tea time.
Disliked: Might improve the breakfast quality.

absolute disappointment

Liked: Practically nothing to like! It’s a complete dump with rooms on a very busy street so forget about being able to sleep.
Disliked: Noisy, dirty sheets (lots of stains), extremely small rooms. Don’t fall for the ratings or the pictures.

Loved this place.

Liked: Great safe location in Coyoacán a very short walking distance to squares, markets, restaurants and museums. The staff was wonderful and luckily for me did speak English. The room was very clean and luxurious with a very comfortable bed, big soft towels, a great shower and many amenities. They had several soft drinks and treats in the room as well as a coffeemaker and coffee. They even brought me tea in the evening. I felt very pampered. I had to leave early in the morning so I was not able to have the regular breakfast but they made a special takeaway breakfast for me. I would totally recommend this hotel and hope I can return for a longer stay sometime.
Disliked: The only thing that would make this place better is an outdoor area to relax in the sun. It seems like they had a couple of tables and chairs in the courtyard but they didn’t look that comfortable. *There might be other areas to sit that I didn’t see.

Liked: I really liked this hotel. Grate, very kind personnel and service, good location (walking distance to the main square), nice clean room and delicious breakfast.
