Liked: Location is great, very handy. Person at front desk was great upon check in.
Disliked: Heat didn’t work so it was freezing. Beds were terrible and bedding felt dusty. Overall property exterior looked abandoned.

Worst stay as no staff...

Disliked: Very bad service, no staff was present at the hotel to help us.

Liked: Coffee in the room, nice comfortable beds,
Disliked: Could not lock and unlock the door, the card and password did not work, had to use the door between rooms

Disliked: There was used soap in the shower when I walked in , the A/C didn’t work , beds felt like bricks

As the only hotel hotel...

Liked: The carpet was nice and the beds seemed new.
Disliked: The TV didn't work, the phone didn't work, the swimming pool was not usable, no continental breakfast or restaurant open for breakfast, the lobby smells very musty and very bad.
