Lovely place! We would return.

Liked: Lovely owners! So friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was really good! Kids had a brill stay too. Thanks again.
Disliked: The only slight problem was the shower on the top floor, we couldn’t really get the right temperature, it was either too hot or cold. But it wasn’t a major problem, as we were only there for one night.

Liked: *Lovely hosts - Ian and Betty were so warm, friendly and welcoming *Great location, pretty quiet aside from the seagulls and occasional dog barking, only 10 minutes walk from the train station and about the same to walk to the promenade*Loved the choice for breakfast - lots of options if you want something light or something a bit more substantial. I had fruit and toast with smoked salmon and scrambled eggs which were delicious *We were able to store our luggage after we checked out which was a massive bonus*Our room was a good size, very clean and spacious and I liked the decor, lots of storage as well if you're staying for a few days or more

Superb

Liked: The whole stay was superb. It was wonderful to be checked in by the owners Betty and Ian in person. The room was clean and tidy ready for us. Property in great condition and well looked after. Lovely little tidy garden in the front of the house to relax in. Wonderful for short notice stays. Extreme friendly staff. Very knowledgeable about the area from where to eat and what to do. Lovely cooked breakfast. Homemade preserve. Would definitely stay again. It's like home from home. Was so much appreciated. Thank you for your hospitality!! All the best.

Lovely place to stay

Liked: Felt like home! Lovely hosts, house, and nice breakfast. Good location, just few minutes walk to the train station and town. Everything is nice. Thank you Ian and Betty!
Disliked: Low hot water flow in our shower in the bathroom. Would be cold if temperate drops during the winter.
