We got there late and...

Liked: It was cheap and looked clean from the outside. Unfortunately never got into the room.
Disliked: There was nobody available after hours on site. We tried to get there earlier, but construction on the interstates meant we arrived at 10pm instead of the 6pm we had planned. I sent an email to let them know we would be late, and I thought I had been given an access code to the lockbox, but it didn't work. We tried to contact them with the number they provided, but our cell phones could only text, not make or receive calls (our plans had Canadian and US minutes, but didn't work for some reason - that's on us). We ended up having to go to another hotel, eat the deposit, and incur extra costs. I would suggest having the ability to respond to clients that can only communicate by text or email. I don't recommend staying here if you are on a long drive because delays could put you outside the times when they have someone on-site.

Disliked: THEM PILLOWS WAS TRASH VERY UNCOMFORTABLE SLEEPLESS NIGHT AND BED WAS HARD AS A BRICK

Just a bad stay all...

Liked: The location was easy to get to the shopping centers.
Disliked: The room it had a lot of cracks in the floor. A lizard got in the room and we had to go to another hotel. Never had these problems before.
