Liked: My favorite getaway spot! Staff was polite, room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Grounds were well kept and the hotel was easy to find.
Disliked: I didn't like leaving. I have zero complaints

Good location and value, but...

Liked: The location was convenient — close to the main part of Warren. There was ample parking, and check-in/check-out was easy. For the price, it offered decent value.
Disliked: The hygiene was extremely poor. The mattress and comforter were dirty, and the entire place smelled heavily of marijuana. We had to use air fresheners constantly just to tolerate staying there. Despite multiple complaints to reception, nothing was done. They even changed our room type without explanation, saying our reserved room was unavailable — making early booking feel pointless. People were smoking and using marijuana openly, and the property itself was very old and unclean. The swimming pool was closed, and the surrounding areas were not maintained at all.
