Liked: staff we excellent and very helpful

Solid value but cleanliness and...

Liked: Spacious, felt more like a small assortment that hotel room.
Disliked: A sign at the street directing to the office would be nice. No nightstand or outlets on one side of the bed. Tv didn’t work. I spilled something in the floor and when cleaning it up realized just how filthy the floor was.

Liked: Price, location,comfortable! Bathroom and beds were clean.
Disliked: Stained furniture, baseboards, someone was sleeping in beat up car when arrived ! Rooms need painting !

Comfortable stay at a hotel...

Liked: The manager was very friendly and helpful. The beds & pillows were comfortable. The TVs had good reception & a wide variety of programming. I liked the full-size refrigerator, microwave, & stove. I also liked the 2-room suite with a TV in each room. Very spacious rooms were nice. Location was convenient in that hotel was located right off the highway, but there are no restaurants next to hotel.
Disliked: The vents need to be cleaned; they had a lot of thick dust, especially the one in the bedroom. There was no hair dryer, so I brought my own. Also, there were no hand towels or tissues. Had to use either a wash cloth or bath towel for a hand towel, and I brought my own tissues. There were a couple cigarette burn holes in the cushions of the sofa. One of the cushions on the kitchen chair had stains. The furniture cushions should either be deep-cleaned or replaced with new. The highway was a bit noisy, but we got used to it. Although there are minimal cups, dishes, & flatware provided, we bought paper plates, cups & plastic ware to avoid washing dishes in the room. Don't put your leftover pizza on the bottom shelf in the refrigerator, because the defrost from the freezer leaks into the fridge, making the bottom shelf wet, thus soaking whatever sits on the bottom shelf.

Liked: I liked that it was almost like a Studio Apartment and really liked that they had dishes and cookware.

Bad

The positives about this definitely...

Liked: The facility did not provide breakfast because the room had an internal kitchen. The location was excellent. It was very close to an interstate which made it easy to travel around the local area. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. The room was clean, especially the kitchen area. I would definitely recommend the facility to family and friends.
Disliked: The shower drained very slowly and the sofa/cloth on the dining chairs could benefit from a deep cleaning. Other than that, I had no complaints.
