Left high and dry.
Disliked: When I showed up at Affordable Suites on Thursday, I was informed by the manager that there were no available rooms. She even checked and saw my reservation through Booking.com. but simply said she had no rooms. I immediately contacted you and left a message regarding my predicament. I have yet to hear back from anyone at Booking.com. I won't go into details, but this left me in a difficult situation as I was attending a conference in the area. Disappointed, and rather shocked, by Booking.com and Affordable Suites ineptitude and lack of concern.

Easy to find and close to the interstate! Manager was kind and spoke honestly about the smoky room!
Liked: Room was comfortable, and check in by staff was quick and friendly.
Disliked: Room smelled of cigarette smoke! New owner said they tried everything! Will be painting soon. If youre not sensitive to smoky rooms, it was comfortable and clean. Otherwise, you might want to try a hotel chain that adheres to no smoking. Also, WiFi didnt work for me. Had to use my hotspot!
