Disliked: Room smelled really bad. Stinks.Bugs visible, crickets and centipedes.

Passable

Liked: The location and the environment. The room was clean.
Disliked: The fan was dripping in the bathroom. The room was setup to accommodate one person and not two.

Liked: Mike is very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Rooms are good size and very vlean.

Liked: The hotel is in a good location, near lots of stores & restaurants. The staffs are very helpful & friendly.
Disliked: There's no breakfast.

Unacceptable conditions!

Liked: The location was ok.
Disliked: There was a strong ammonia smell in the room. The kitchen had one coffee mug maybe two forks and the stove and refrigerator were full of rust. I would never even try to cook in that kitchen. The floors were disgustingly dirty and there were bugs in the room. I did not feel comfortable or safe in that room and I got a very bad cold on the way home from whatever mold or issue that caused the smell in the room. The owner told us they would not be around for the weekend which was completely opposite of what was in the reviews for the place. Would never ever ever stay here again and I really don't feel it is safe for anyone with breathing issues or asthma.
