Liked: Arrived early morning staff were very welcoming, quick check-in and early morning call to get ongoing flight worked well. Hotel is very close to arrivals and departures terminal 3. Highly recommend. PS complementary coffee is also very good.
Disliked: There was absolutely nothing to like.

Liked: Location was good, it was clean and comfortable, it was quiet too
Disliked: The rooms had no windows so felt very boxed in, like an inside room on a cruise ship.

It was convenient but shocking...

Liked: Located in the airport which was what I needed.
Disliked: Booked a single room but was shocked to discover that it was like a cupboard. No windows and hardly any space. This should be clearly stated on their website. I have claustrophobia so it was a big problem for me. The receptionist was lovely and got permission to upgrade me to a double room. At least it didn’t feel like being in a cupboard, but apparently non of the rooms have windows. This simply needs to be stated on the website.

Very good for Early Flights.

Liked: Excellent location in terminal. Close to terminal shops and restaurants. steps to check in. very clean, although very small room. Good for very late arrivals or early departures.
Disliked: very small room, as expected. Could have had more hooks and small shelves.
