It's fine given local context

Disliked: Everything other than the room looks very tired and not well taken care of. The rooftop is nothing like the pictures, just some chairs, you can order drinks and food there but it does not have the facilities or cleanliness to eat and relax there. Room was a bit too dusty, not cleaned enough during our stay.

Conveniently located

Liked: proximity to historical center and central trsin station. Rooftop terrace is quite pleasant.
Disliked: Rooftop terrace had working services (bat, dispensers for water).

Liked: Everything was excellent as usual. Breakfast is exceptional.
Disliked: Missed my free drink voucher this year. But it didn't make or break my stay.
