Liked: The aircon wasn't working at this time of year but they provided a fan for us and gave us a discount.
Disliked: Our room was on the road side - the other side was much quieter.

Liked: We liked the style of the hotel. Nice bright breakfast room excellent choice. Our room was nicely decorated and clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: We felt the reception area could have been better presented. Also when we arrived early at the hotel there was no facility to get a coffee.

Good and comfortable but not...

Liked: Good location, comfortable bed and nice breakfast.The cappuccino was excellent.Staff members were sweet and helpful although very very young esp. in the reception.The hotel provided some really nice umbrellas one can borrow in case of rain, very considerate!Generally though it looks much better in the photos than it actually is and the hotel does not meet by any means the 4-star level.It feels cheap and not fully clean and renovated as the photos show. Restaurant food was not great and it was very expensive in my opinion.The parking is charged in addition to the room price, and the access to the parking garage is not integrated in the building of the hotel. It is in a nearby basement.Communication-wise, I had also sent two messages to the property through booking.com and unfortunately they did not respond back.I would not recommend it from the “value for money” perspective.

Liked: Breakfast selection was good and most waiters attentive.
Disliked: Breakfast selection was the same each and every day, deserts so-so. Few waiters were not welcoming.
