quick trip but great stay

Liked: Excellent location near downtown Durango. Nice room. Comfortable beds. Helpful and welcoming staff.
Disliked: No complaints. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Great Base for Adventures

Liked: Very roomy and clean! It was a great location for accessing the river trail for walking/biking/watching the steam train pass, taking the trolley dowtown, and getting groceries and lattes!

Liked: No breakfast
Disliked: Quieter air conditioner, had to have volume on tv high to hear it

Disliked: Shower was dirty. They cleaned it for us, but the shower was still dirty

Nice basic but clean place...

Liked: The room was clean, reception staff very friendly.
Disliked: Our room was located at a corner of the property (diagonally from the reception/office). The space inside would have been ok if we didn't bring in our stuff into the room. There was a chair at the corner which would been better fitted with a small table/desk/prep space to prepare picnic stuff which we took for our day trips. Again, where the chair was located, hooks or bar with hangers to hang some clothes would have been useful. Clothes we were re-using for the following day had to be placed on top of the bags. The bed was too soft. You need to remember your Roku/Netflix account to watch shows on TV.

Basic lodging; nothing fancy.

Liked: Room was okay, nothing fancy, pretty basic.
Disliked: The AC didn't work that well.
