Liked: My room faces the square so was quite noisy often till 05.00am. Air con did work and shower was adequate. Shame no tea and coffee facilities in room but it was a budget hotel price.
Disliked: Room faced front of Wencleslas Square so was quite noisy!!!

Liked: This is my 5th time staying and as always, everything was great! The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is always welcoming and helpful. I truly feel at home here every time I visit. Highly recommended!

Disliked: The bedroom was infested with ants. This is not a 4* hôtel.

Liked: Location was excellent breakfast was ok. My friend and I had to share a bed as there were no twin rooms left!!
Disliked: We had requested a twin room but got a double. A twin became available the followi g day but it meant we had to interrupt our plans for the day to come back to the hotel to move our belongings!!
