Very dissappointing stay at dated,...
Liked: Location is great. Within a block of many restaurants, shops etc. and the main street (Ocean), yet location was quiet. Also appreciated the on-site underground parking.
Disliked: Felt we paid a premium price for an inferior room and overall hotel experience. This hotel was dated, drab, and run down. Beds were very hard. Bathroom was depressing, with chipped paint, cheap soap, and a showerhead that is in need of declogging.

Great for one night!
Liked: Great location and big room.
Disliked: Needs refurbishing in many areas. Bathroom very old, carpet needs replacing but it is clean.

Pleasant
Liked: Location was a plus, along with being placed on the second level. Less noise. Appreciated free parking. Mattress and pillows on bed were comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately the two leather chairs were very scratched and lumpy. Very uncomfortable! Also, they did not provide a complimentary breakfast. We were told that they did not provide breakfast at this time.

Very quiet, clean, and comfortable
Disliked: No glasses for water. No ceramic mugs for coffee. Paper cups are not ok!

Overall nice hotel. Was quiet...
Liked: Location was nice. Nice big room.
Disliked: Needs updating, and it uses keys. Our door stuck really bad and was difficult to get in and out.

Liked: great location, everyone is very pleasant
Disliked: The fireplace didn't work in my space and it was cold and there was no extra blanket. there was no-one to assist with the fireplace at night; though I was offered to move rooms, it was already after 9 and I was settled and didn't want to move. So that was disappointing as I had looked forward to it.
