Overpriced with a low level...

Liked: The Inn has a great location being close to Ocean Avenue and near many excellent restaurants. It also has covered parking which I find to be a plus. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The Inn is tired and in need of renovation. The furniture in the room, except for the bed, is distressed (I did not know that this type of furniture is still in style) and needs to be replaced. The shower got to "lukewarm" at its best. There was no breakfast option, but we knew that in advance, but pricing for the room is on par with those establishments that provide breakfast. The Inn is "milking" its clients, I would not return and suggest to reside elsewhere when visiting Carmel.

Liked: Room size - for a party of 6 was perfect. We stayed in the two bedroom, two bathroom suite. Parking - the garage under the Inn was perfect, even for our large SUV rental Location - within EASY walking distance to everything in town Cleanliness - the room was so clean
Disliked: Decor - room and outside area of the room looked a little dated. Everything was within functioning order, but it looks like it needs a refresh
