Liked: Location was perfect.
Disliked: It's old. Wear and tear quite visible. There was a telephone pole with a bunch of wires on the ground the entire time. This was marked with red tape, but rather unsightly and a potential cause for concern. Clearly a town issue, but on the sidewalk right outside of the hotel.Flies in the hotel room that were bothersome and difficult to smash/kill.

Liked: We loved that is was walking distance to the beach and beds were so comfortable.

Great location but not worth...

Liked: The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The indoor pool was clean and the connected patio area was quiet, relaxing, and surprisingly empty the whole time. Great place to sit and relax or eat. The air conditioner really worked and kept the room nice and cool. They had an elevator which is great for kids and luggage despite the stairs being short and easy to climb.
Disliked: When we went to go to sleep the first night the bed sheet was sandy and it couldn't have been from us seeing as we didn't even go to the beach the first day. It was too late to call and have them changed so we had to cover it with the flat sheet. The towels by the pool were stained, had holes, and just looked dirty despite witnessing them being freshly dropped off by an employee.

Liked: I liked the area that everything was close by.
Disliked: On the website it appears that they have a pool and they do have one but it was closed. Please explain to guests where the parking is and the rules around it since many people travel from different states and laws change.
