Disliked: The office was closed when I arrived between 11:00-11:30 pm so I was unable to stay and had to find another place

Liked: The staff was awesome for our stay and interested in our comfort and needs.
Disliked: Not much. They could refresh the painting in areas needed, stairs railings, and definitely an elevator.
