Disliked: After experiencing truly disappointing customer service, I went through the reviews and realized I’m not alone. The elderly man at the front desk is extremely disrespectful and lacks the basic courtesy expected in hospitality.I stayed at this hotel for two nights. When I called the front desk to request more towels, they told me to come pick them up myself. When I arrived, the front desk person immediately brought up that my room had a "Do Not Disturb" tag on the door, claiming that’s why housekeeping didn’t service the room. I explained that we never placed any tag outside, but instead of helping, he accused me of lying and insisted the service staff doesn’t make mistakes.All I wanted was a few towels—not an unnecessary and rude argument. I was shocked that someone in customer service would behave so unprofessionally. It’s surprising that the hotel continues to employ him despite the number of negative reviews specifically about his attitude.The hotel itself isn’t bad, but I would never stay here again as long as this person is still working there. I also wouldn’t recommend it to others—he can easily ruin your entire experience. .

Liked: The property was convenient. The lady who worked in the breakfast bar was amazing and she represented the place better than anyone behind the counter

Not happy at all,

Liked: Pretty much nothing. My partner stayed there, Deaf associate.
Disliked: Did not accommodate a Deaf partner of ours and they were unhelpful on the phone and service was poor when she asked for towels...never again. We booked two nights on Booing.com website, for one person, well in advance on the Victoria Day weekend and they ended up charging her upon checking out for 4 nights and didn't call me, for clarification. We will never stay there again. Now we have to waste time chasing Boooking.com with uploading documents and trying to get reimbursed for two nights
