Great value if you are...

Liked: Central to many great restaurants and easy access grocery marts.
Disliked: Area is bad - tweakers galore, human feces in the sidewalk, screaming until midnight.

Liked: The price was relatively low compared with other properties in the DT of SF, and the suite was clean and comfortable in a whole. By the way, the elevator was quite impressive, so old-fashioned that I even didn’t know how to operate at the very beginning.
Disliked: Since it is situated in Tenderloin, the ambient environment is inevitably a bit noisy. In the midnight I could even hear some crazy people roaring on the street.

Liked: I liked the vintage vibe in general! Cool old elevator, wooden garbage chute doors, cool beautiful spiral staircase! All these details give a special atmosphere!
Disliked: I didn't like the lack of a sofa or at least a bench in the hall, I had to hold my stuff in my hands when checking in. I also didn't like the quality of the renovation in the room, the quality of the painting, the quality of the sanitary ware.

Liked: Very secure, staff were helpful
Disliked: Very dated, struggled when the lift didn’t work. Area isn’t desirable

Nice for place for my...

Liked: The staff is good and help in my requests. But the overall is fine for the price I did pay. The room is clean and shower is very good. The neighborhood isn't that good, but this is San Francisco situation.
Disliked: The elevator is kind of the old model, not that secure. The room is big but old and the floor reflects sounds, and you walk, and if you have upstairs people walking a lot you hear.

Liked: Room size was good, and it was fairly easy to locate.
Disliked: The linen was stained and there were a lot of homeless people in front of the building. Also there was a lot of street noise audible at night.
