Liked: Nice personnel, bright rooms, clean room, close to main station and regional transportation. Great quality-value ratio.
Disliked: Location near Frankfurt main station comes with the downside of its environment. Security personnel helps to feel safer, but coming back late does not feel safe when traveling alone.

Who chose those square, huge...

Liked: First of all, the staff was very responsive and polite. The hotel is located 6' on foot from the train station, so it's super convenient to stay there if you're traveling via train. Decent breakfast
Disliked: As many reviews already stated, the location around the hotel isn't the best, and you feel a bit uneasy walking there, but eventually it didn't seem that it can be dangerous. It 's also quite noisy at night, even though we were sleeping on the 6th floor and the hotel provided with earplugs, you could still hear music coming from outside and of course (as in every hotel), the noisy guests from the other rooms...
