Nice stay and nice hotel...

Liked: The room and the facilities. Very good. Nice beds in bedrooms and nice kitchen facilities including washing machine. dishwasher and refregiator. Friendly staff and very nice pool.Also loved the area with lots of Streetfood and close to city center.
Disliked: The cleaning was a little below expectations. And the description of the hotel didn’t mention that there could be loud techno and heavy bas Music late at night. Quite Stressing when you want to relax in the evening/night. Also the sofa bed in the Living room was quite uncomfortable to sleep on. We asked for an extra madras to minimize the feeling lying on metal - but unfortunately the hotel could not Meet over request.

Liked: Close to the train station, really good breakfast, excellent swimming pool and gym, excellent rooms and view. One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to

Poor and expensive especially with...

Disliked: Booked as on road trip, washing machine in apartment didn’t work told technical guy would attend then found out they knew it was broken ended up changing apartments after unpacked had to repack to move which was a pain as we were due to go out . Second apartment washing machine worked but tumble drier didn’t. Rooms dusty. Roof top bar on 25th floor only opened certain days.

Liked: The Bell boy Luka went above and belong to help facilitate our move to an upgraded room due to airco issues.
Disliked: If you are a family it might be a bit noisy depending on what family type you are. For us it was no problem

Liked: The air conditioning was nice, the view from the room was great. Love that there is a sauna and pool. Located near plenty of restaurants and 2 concert halls. Plenty of parking space.

Nice concept, just needs tweaking...

Liked: The location near a Bahn (subway) was super convenient. It was a 10 minute walk away. And there was also some decent food places just below the restaurant. The washer/dryer in the room was wonderful for doing laundry so we didn’t have to pack 2 weeks worth of cloths! The pool/fitness area was very nice and the breakfast was great each morning!
Disliked: The room itself had a lot of little issues, like the AC wasn’t working in one of the bedrooms making it hot to sleep. We told them about the issue but it was never resolved. The refrigerator was very loud (again told them) and the faucet handle in the kitchen broke off! The photos online were not representative of the actual room as the bedrooms/ living areas were much smaller than the photos. It showed a dining table with seating for 4 and there was not enough room and no chairs at the dining table for example. Also, even though I booked a room with 3 beds (one of which was a pull out couch) they were going to charge me to actually use the pull out couch saying it was “only included if we had 5 people staying in the room.” This was never disclosed and I have 2 older kids of opposite sexes (12 and 13) that would be inappropriate to share beds, so I booked this room with the 3 beds on purpose. Also, the terraces were a prime spot for smokers… making us non-smokers the minority and having to smell like smoke after enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. The one in the pool area was not well maintained with dirty furniture and cobwebs all over.
