Liked: The location allows easy access to Southbank and transport options. Plenty of local high-quality and casual restaurants within walking distance. Helpful IGA located next door. I received a room upgrade which made my 4 day stay very comfortable. The one-bedroom apartment is a great set-up, very spacious with helpful facilities.
Disliked: Unfortunately, there must have been some construction in the building, so at some times of the day, there was a lot of banging noise coming from above - despite being on the highest floor. A notice of this work would have been appreciated for awareness of disruptions.

Liked: Location was convenient; Room was clean, spacious and tidy, with most of the amenities I needed. I especially loved the decor inside the room which gave it a homely vibe.
Disliked: I wish the parking options weren't as limited - having onsite parking would have been nice.Having blackout/non-opaque curtains would have been nice for the window, but maybe I just missed them.

Liked: Overall, I am happy and would maybe stay again if an offer came up.
Disliked: 1. The shower couldn’t keep to a certain temperature - it was switching between hot and cold (I was there for a conference and didn’t have time to sort and put up with it). 2. There was no robes/dressing gowns? Using the pool was something I was looking forward to but without a robe/slippers how was it going to be possible?
