Was ok for the price...

Liked: We liked the size of the room, the kitchenette was fantastic and the beds were all comfortable. The pool was good too. The location is great! Very close to Southbank and there was a park across the rd for the kids.
Disliked: The rooms were very noisy, could hear people next door, above us and a lot of street noise too (even though we were on the 16th floor). The room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 2:45pm and we had to wait when we got to the room the tv didn’t work and we had to call down for the cot which was requested and confirmed before we got there. There wasn’t any on site parking, it’s across the rd, it was just a bit clunky trying to get bags, children and a baby to and from the car.

Liked: The hotel itself is really nice! Nice location and all round great!
Disliked: Everything was great however our bathroom wasn’t overly clean for a hotel stay! The shower had grime on the bottom of the shower screen (not stains) but just scum that would be easily cleaned! Obviously when you stay in a hotel you want it to be nice and clean! Other than that it was really nice thank you
