Liked: Unique location, really comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen and bathroom. The restaurant was great for dinner. Parking at hotel was much better value than $100 overnight at the shopping/cinema carpark.
Disliked: Couches and seating in the apartment were not so comfortable…ended up sitting on the bed.

Liked: The hotel has a very interesting premise.
Disliked: When I turned the shower on it wasn’t draining. Ended up flooding half the bathroom before we managed to get the drain in the shower to drain the water.

Liked: The staff were very friendly, location good and price was affordable. Very clean and overall presented well.
Disliked: Air con had rattling sound, not very good sound proofing as cars, wind, elevator noises seemed amplified throughout the night, to the point that we couldn’t sleep because of how much background noise was present.

Exceptional

Liked: All staff members are polite and helpful from the front desk to the hotel staff. .we love the location and facilities close by and the history of pentridge is so interesting.
