Great hotel in a great...

Liked: Great location for Deutz area - easy location from train station to hotel. Hotel staff are always friendly and welcoming - happy to help with anything. Room - 1 bed apartment - was a great size, well equipped with all you needed for a comfortable stay. Having kitchen facilities means you can keep costs down - laundry, cooking, fridge/freezer. We return here every year, as it suits our needs.
Disliked: Nothing, there wasn't any improvement we could think of.

Modern Comfort and Great Location...

Liked: This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip! The bed was probably the most comfortable we experienced during our travels—such a great night’s sleep. The location was fantastic too; we enjoyed a lovely walk across the bridge to the Dom, which made exploring the city even more special.The indoor swimming pool was another favorite, especially for our daughter—she absolutely loved it. The hotel itself is very new and stylish, and staying on the top floor made it even better with no neighbors above us, adding to the peace and quiet.A modern, relaxing stay in a perfect spot—we’d definitely return!

Liked: Very clean - modern - comfy beds - swimming and gym facilities. Helpful friendly staff . Nice breakfast and a nice outside area in the sun . Near a train station . Small shop in the reception. Good self catering facilities in the rooms
Disliked: The bar and restaurant were not open on the Tuesday we arrived .

Liked: Pool. .location. facilities.
Disliked: Took a while to locate, despite its nearness to station. But that was probably our ineptitude.

Liked: I booked the bigest Room size , the size was good.
Disliked: The bigest one bedroom doesnt have coffee machine or coffee maker like whats written. Also the air condition was really poot, it was cooling fan only.Last thing the services was poor and if i call reciption asking for anything i have to go reciption for pick up as no one can deliver pillow or cup or any requisted items. The sofabed in room wasnt have any bed sheet or pilow or duvet. And no one to fix the sofa bed. The washing machine and dish washer have no soap puds. The services very poor and i dont recommend it will never come back.
