Liked: Very peaceful stay in a great location. The staff are lovely and make you feel very welcome. Some great complimentary inclusions such as mini bar snacks, welcome drink and light breakfast.

Best location, clean and comfortable.

Liked: Location was the best. So close to shops, bars, restaurants, access to sporting stadiums, Botanic gardens, etc.
Disliked: It was very quiet. I was a solo female traveller, and it did feel a bit eerily quiet (wasn’t a busy weekend).

Disliked: Great accommodation. Would recommend.

There are MUCH better options...

Liked: Location is great, puts you right in the heart of the city. Easy access to Fed Square and the dining scene of Flinders Lane is amazing. Short walk from Flinders St Station and easy access to MCG/Rod Laver. Room was HUGE, plenty of space to spread out.
Disliked: The heater in our room was not working - room was freezing and all staff could offer was an extra blanket and a small portable heater that was ineffectual and loud. Lift was slow. TV didn't work in either room (bedroom or lounge) and we had to watch shows via our personal lap tops. Wifi didn't work at all during our stay, we had to put one phone on a window sill and then hotspot to another phone to get connection in our room. Staff have no ability to fix things although they are pleasant and helpful. It was a very big disaster of a stay for us.

All in all...our 4 nites...

Liked: Nice boutique concept. Friendly helpful staffs whom attended very well to your inquiries and needs. Special shoutout to Esa
Disliked: Winter...there was no heater in the room
