Hotel is 5 minute walk from Liverpool Central and Lime Street. It's in the heart of the city with loads going on and fantastic shopping centres. 2 bars and a restaurant on site and staff very welcoming, friendly and efficient.

Liked: Fantastic location right in the heart of the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but clean and comfy, plus on site bars and restaurants. Lots going on at the hotel but very efficient.
Disliked: No bad points.

Very disappointed with room, noiseand...

Disliked: Breakfast was not a buffet and had to be ordered but there was only 3 staff on for a busy Sat night/Sunday morning guests so had to keep asking to order food and then when it eventually came (nearly an hour later) it was cold. Had to ask for bread to make toast, had to ask for milk for cereal and GSC to ask for butter nothing was replenished. Bedroom was minimal and very tired looking needs major refurbishment. Also very warm not able to regulate temperature. Very expensive for a poor experience. Lots of noise in the corridors at 5/6 am. Long check in queues.

Disliked: the hotel was run down decor throughout the hotel was poor ceilings looked damp and mouldy toilets was disgusting near the bar very dirty and floors was disgusting we paid for breakfast it wasnt self service the breakfast was been given out by staff although we didnt get ours we waited for over an hour and give up and ate elsewhere they looked very under staffed all the juice containers were empty coffee machine wasnt working

Disliked: There was a massive bathroom with a large bath just wished we would have had a shower, but that’s just me

Liked: Didn't eat at the hotel.
Disliked: The pump didn't work on the shower so bathroom floor was covered in water.Had to keep asking for Tea bags, milk, sugar.window in bathroom only had net up could have had a blind as people in the building could see you in the bathroom. Dust all over bath it hadn't been cleaned .we was in a disabled room 631 my friend found it along way to walk from lift. The lights in the building could do with a duster put over them and light bulbs
