Great place to stay if...

Liked: Charming hotel in a great location. The staff was very nice and welcoming especially considering they were working during a holiday. The room was comfortable and the desk gave us as much coffee as we asked for. We also had a perfect little private parking space in the back yard so we didn't have to worry about our car.

Such a lovely place, will...

Liked: Staff were welcoming and helpful (lent me an adapter when mine wasn't fitting in the socket). Room was beautiful, nice touches like dimmer light, comfy bed/nice sheets big smart TV, well decorated. The rest of the hotel was nicely decorated too, and the back garden was nice. I didn't try breakfast so can't comment on it, but overall loved it.

I had a Very Pleasant...

Liked: * The staff were very nice, welcoming, and helpful!* The room was very clean, except for one missed spot behind the bed (spiderwebs), and in the closet, it was one of the cleanest rooms I've ever got in a hotel.* The location was overall good, a bit more isolated than one'd hope, requries longer walks, but it's more of a pro than a con since it's a bit more quiet.* The room is very nice overall, and the shower is great as well.
Disliked: * The pillows on the bed were very thin and soft, setting a few pillow one on the other wouldn't help much, I could sleep fine, but I would've preferred larger and tougher pillows.* The air conditioner is quite weak, as there is only one slit for it at the entrance of the room, and nowhere else (as far as I've seen), there was also no option for cooling, only heating or ventilation, it was only a bit hot outside, so I could sleep, but not too comfortably, I don't want to imagine what happens in the summer.* There's no general information paper or note, it should be added to the rooms with some useful information - breakfast hours, checkout hours, cleaning time, towels policy, etc. All sorts of useful information that I'd rather not try to remember by myself.* There was no towels replacement, and no policy about it (as there was no information given in the room).* Breakfast is quite unconventional - it's a few pastries, bread, a few veggies, cheese, and salami, drinks, and oatmeals. It's possible to ask for scrambled eggs, but it wasn't expressed ahead of time, and there's no menu or anything. So it's not the typical breakfast one would expect from an hotel, it makes some sense since the hotel is tiny, but I don't think that the breakfast is worth the price for it. It might be better to go eat at some cafe.* It's a minor thing - so it's more of a suggestion - the TV in the room is a smart TV, however it's not connected to the internet, so I can't use my phone to connect to it and cast my phone's screen or cast videos from apps to it (it's not possible with mobile hotspot). In some hotels I've been to, each room has its own Wi-Fi connection, which allows connection to the TV with a phone.
