Cheap to stay but lacked...
Liked: Good location and friendly staff, very affordable
Disliked: Property was a little run down and not very clean. Lacked basic things like lockable lockers in dorms for valuables.

Poor
Disliked: Bunks are cheap and uncomfortable - think rickety. Mattress thin, could feel bars under mattress. Bathroom in room out of order, shared bathroom dirty

I don’t recommend
Liked: Location
Disliked: Plumbing in shower dropped all night long .tv on loud from next door started at 9pm finished 6am. Lots of long term stays that seem more low income than travellers.

Poor
Disliked: The only hostel I've ever stayed in that was dirtier and smellier than this one was in the middle of the Brazilian jungle

I'd stay again.
Liked: The shower was amazing and I liked the location.I was offered an unconventional parking space when all others were taken.Being away from the main drag was good because there's some strange people in the centre of town.
Disliked: The bed was pretty uncomfortable, but I have injuries so not the places fault. No matter where you watched the TV from, it hurt your neck as its too high.

Great people, great vibe, nothing...
Liked: The place was a vibe. Great to meet people, and the staff for the most part are really lovely and go out their way to help you. Also in a great location!
Disliked: There was 3 showers & 3 toilets & a tiny kitchen for 50 people. If you book a private room with a shared bathroom, you're right on the public balcony where people can be up drinking till 7am, or up to start drinking at 11am. The air conditioning couldn't be turned off in my room and sounded like a vaccum cleaner. The wifi simply did not work, nor extend to my room which as a digital nomad created a bit of chaos in my life as I had to find accomodation with wifi for meetings for work (I live in the UK, so those meetings were often after 11pm). After asking politely if they could move further down the balcony, one guy really kicked off with me. Was pretty raging to find out later in my stay he was a staff member who was staying in the private quiet zone.If it wasn't for the fact every other staff member was lush, and the people in the hostel were for the most part great, I would have given this a rating of 1.
