Disliked: There was Jack hammering disrupting noise that resonated loudly throughout the room due to pool renovation from 8am.( We had a late night) and then staff telling us it was work next door. What a lot of bull. Another guest clarified our complaint with the same problem only to be told it was bad luck renovations are important and most guests did not suffer the same problem as they checked out early. We were there for two days and needed to complete some important office work, you could not hear yourself think. A very bad response from staff. We did get a different room next night in a different wing which was acceptable but nothing offered for the first day debacle. A complete lack of customer service or a warning of renovations when you book.
