Disappointing

Liked: Good location
Disliked: The room was filthy, the microwave had food in it. There were food splatters on the back splash in the kitchenette. The wall next to the toilet had small brown chunks on it. The dishes were dirty. The balcony door had someone’s face prints on it. The chrome in the shower had fingerprints on it, the shower ledges had pubic hair on them, the toilet had hair and cleaning liquid glued to the back of it, there were toothpaste rings on the bathroom counter, there was even previous guest rubbish still in the room. I was moved to another room, but no other compensation was offered. When I requested two clean wine glasses, the lady on the desk told me she wouldn’t be able to deliver any, as the bar is closed on sundays.

Liked: Such a lovely, friendly & welcoming reception. We had the breakfast included & it was better than expected.

Lovely clean contemporary room very...

Liked: Love the whole package deal. Last minute we had to change room as my daughter needed to come and stay for surgery. They were more than happy to help. The location is fabulous and close to the tram
Disliked: I really can’t think of anything

Ok for a night or...

Liked: Location was ok only a few minutes walk to main shopping but disappointed in shortage of decent restaurants.
Disliked: Cold breakfasts. Room cleanliness- there was a tooth floss stick on the shower step.

Excellent service from staff as...

Liked: So clean and high end especially for the price, great value. Also within walking distance of so many great attractions and restaurants
Disliked: Only downside is the noise on Saturday nights from hindley street

Rockford is all you want...

Liked: Location was a short walking distance to where I needed to go (work-related) every morning. Room is spacious, bed and pillows were superb! Everything super clean. The breakfast was also wonderful, many options for everyone, I truly enjoyed it. I also enjoyed in-room dining every evening and I was surprised with the size of the delicious meals.
Disliked: There is nothing that I didn't like.
