Disliked: Bed seems old and without good supportOnly 1 extra blanket for a family of 4No extra pillowsNo alarm clockMilk were in glasses of water to keep cool as the fridge was abysmal.No heating function on airconditioner Smart tv stripped of its functionsFloor looked to not have been vaccummed before arriva,l also found cleansing lotion under the bed from previous occupants.Deep cracks in bathroom sinkOnly 3/4 roll of toilet paper with no extra roll provided.No bin in bathroom.Coffee amenities were not restocked.No microwave

Liked: I had a great experience at this hotel! The customer service provided by Zara was outstanding—she went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Truly exceeded my expectations! The place was clean, comfortable, and offered at a great price. Honestly, one of the most affordable and pleasant places to stay in Adelaide. Highly recommended!
