It was a comfortable stay.

Liked: Central location to the city.
Disliked: The hotel didn’t have parking provisions for the customers but Wilson parking was available which the customers have to bear separately.

Liked: The fellow at reception was lovely.
Disliked: It was nothing like advertised and I have no comment on the room or the beds. But i will say we checked out within 45mins. Don't take children there. Not suitable even for a teen. I have been itchy for 2 days now.

Liked: Reasonably cheap price but probably should have been cheaper due to the quality of the roomHandy location
Disliked: Most things. Air con/heater didn't work. Very dated old and unloved.

Look forward to return and...

Liked: Completely surprised on arrival as did not realise we were in the City center! Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance!! Car parking facilities nearby were very convenient and could be included with our room charge.
Disliked: Unfortunately we could not stay longer but certainly hope to return when we do have more time.

Liked: Comfy bed. Walk in shower.
Disliked: No staff Manning reception when I arrived at ten. I had to deal with an annoying man on the phone who was some sort of intermediary who was supposed to provide a smooth self entry with a code for locked door. The door entry was blocked by drunk angry Aboriginals in a dodgy side lane. Terrifying experience. And the intermediary prolonging giving me the code to the point I was in tears with the ridiculous questions he was asking whilst knowing what kind of situation I was in and needed to get into the room as quickly as possible. Also the TV in the room only gave me three channels that had a picture. Other channels only had auditory and no picture. The bathroom was very old but clean. The air con was behind a curtain and old and dirty filters. There is NO on site parking. And you have to pay at Wilson's car park fees down the street.
