Liked: Location and price are good. You get what you pay for I suppose!
Disliked: Very run down hotel. Really needs a renovation. Rooms were mostly clean but some of the common areas were not. Unable to watch television as reception was so poor. Very noisy from street noise particularly at the front of the property.

Plenty of yobbos yelling out on the street.A bit of noise from adjoining rooms especially people returning from football games.Need a few extra bags to put garbage out everyday.I felt my valuables were a bit at risk in the room. Eg laptop I did not ask but were there laundry facilities eg wash tube,washing machine and dryer

Good location.

Liked: The people at reception were very helpful. Lindey allowed us a late checkout at no extra charge which was very helpful. The location was great, right next to Rundle Mall.
Disliked: It was a bit dated and needed a refresh.
