Liked: Bed comfortable. Shower water hot. Good location.
Disliked: I specifically requested a ground floor room (due to an injured knee). This was confirmed via the booking app. On arrival, was told all the ground floor rooms were booked out. However, this appeared to not be true, as over the course of my 2 day stay, there was no evidence that all rooms were occupied on the ground floor, (no cars parked there). Also, one of the overhead lights flicked on and off like a strobe light. Surely the staff must have noticed this at some stage? On a less critical note, the basin tap was plumber in reverse to what is indicated (hot wat came out n the cold position). There was no soap next to the basin sink, just a squeeze bottle of shampoo???

great value for money

Liked: staff very friendly, we had a balcony room, but when they saw i was with my grandfather they moved us into a more accessible room, which was a lot more convenient and made life easier.beds and room are exceptional
Disliked: bathroom is slightly disappointing, very loud broken fan, door didn’t lock properly for bathroom, damage to entry to the room door, but the rest was good
