You can get better

Liked: Location, the staff was super nice, outside was raining and I got wet, the staff let me use the hairdryer for free to dry my shoes. Good kitchen
Disliked: You need POWER POINTS on the rooms, is not possible that in this year, you just have 2 power points per room in a room for 6 people, is basic to have one per bed, at least. I needed to charge my phone/laptop during the day in another place. You need to improve the cleaning of the bathrooms, are not the best

Liked: Facilities were great and the room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: The walls are a bit thin so if you get a noisy neighbour, it can be frustrating however on the whole it was quiet enough to get decent sleep.

Disliked: The staff member was extremely rude and even when an apology was made to him he still kept pushing the point and was behaving in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner afterwards. I didn’t appreciate the abrasiveness considering I’ve left a DV situation and was seeking shelter.
