Disappointing

Liked: Great pool area.Staff were great and responsive.Little thoughtful touches such as the Easter Eggs being Easter weekend.
Disliked: Cleanliness was a real issue, particularly under beds, window sills, and the bathroom. Having to do the bedding ourselves on x2 sets of bunks.We understood it was a budget cabin and you pay for what you get but the size of the cabin would be much better suited to 4 people rather than 6.Very little to no reception regardless of Wi fi.

Dirty and disappointing

Disliked: Dirty, screen door didn’t lock, all 4 bunk beds had stained blood on mattresses, all 4 donors and sheets for beds were stained, couldn’t open/close bathroom door, no phone reception, the wifi didn’t work

Time to put the silicon...

Liked: My partner and I stayed in a studio unit with disability access that comes with a fully-functional kitchenette, a huge bath/toilet area, a small dining table, and a very comfy bed. It was a very comfortable stay for us, surrounded by nature. The outdoor cooking facilities are also very accessible should anyone want to do any kind of heavy/oily cooking.Phone coverage is very limited. Although Wifi is available, the signal is a bit weak. It is adequate for whatsapp chats, and quick googling. I thought this was a good opportunity to disconnect and really recharge. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.
Disliked: Hand wash and dishwashing liquid were provided, but not shampoo and body wash. Not a major issue for us, but I would recommend bringing your own.

Liked: We enjoyed a walk on the trails and saw 3 koalas.

Pleasant

Liked: The location was beautiful. And in an area where I could easily get to my destinations
Disliked: The room itself hadn't been dusted in quite some time to the point where I dusted the top of the fridge and cabinet where the tv was sat on to where I could reach. Other areas were sort of cleaned but finger marks and marks hadn't been cleaned. So I cleaned finger marks on the doors in the area used mostly. We've forgotten COVID and the steps for cleaning germs away. And window sills had been neglected so I Cleaned the main one to
