No 4 star hotel, rather...
Liked: Central location
Disliked: Not a 4-Star Hotel – More Like a 2-Star Hostel ExperienceUnfortunately, this property falls far short of the advertised 4-star standard. At best, it resembles a dated youth hostel — and not a particularly clean one. The overall decor is tacky and outdated, and cleanliness leaves much to be desired.common areas felt neglected, with visible signs of wear and poor maintenance. The entire place is in urgent need of renovation, from furniture to flooring. What’s especially disappointing is the lack of attention to detail.Definitely not worth the price or rating — look elsewhere if you’re expecting comfort, quality, or anything remotely close to a 4-star experience.Doors don’t close properly, thus loud.

Lovely alpine hotel
Liked: Great location, lovely room and the staff were really nice. Valet parking for the car was appreciated too.

Queen Loft - great location...
Liked: Great location right in the village and walkable to gondola and plenty of restaurants.Room amenities and bed were comfortable. They have installed heat pumps which provided much needed A/c during the summer heat.
Disliked: Pool area was not as big as I had hoped.Noisy hallways (e.g. Doors slamming closed). Earplugs recommended for a better night sleep. Located right above Buffalo Bill's nightclub so that should be considered during peak tourist season..

We really enjoyed our stay...
Liked: Location was great, the staff were really friendly and helpful . Pretty soon after we left the room we got the text message to informed us that we forgot the briefcase. Luckily we were still on Whistler so we didn’t have to make a ride back. We are so thankful for such a fast and efficient service.
Disliked: The only one suggestion is to improve the entrance to the garage so we don’t have to get out of the car and tell receptionist to open the garage door. It’s probably very annoying for staff and for the guests.
