Frustrating experience due to broken...

Liked: Clean, well-equipped apartments very close to the train station, a big mall, and the historical center. The apartment is calm despite the loud street next to the house
Disliked: We booked this apartment to stay for a night in Wetzlar after a long trip, just one hour before we arrived at the building. However, we did not receive a confirmation email with a QR code, so we couldn’t enter our apartment. We had to call the reception from the entrance, and it was a very unpleasant interaction because the street was very loud due to the lot of cars passing by, making it impossible to hear what they were saying. Apparently, there was nobody in the house—the reception is remote. The reception workers mixed up our booking with that of another person with the same first name and gave me the wrong code. After 45 minutes of broken interaction, attempts of spelling my name and elevator music sessions they finally managed to find our booking and gave us the entrance code so we could finally enter the apartment. We got cold because we had to stay next to the entrance the whole time while they tried to solve the problem, and the evening was quite chilly. The Wi-Fi did not work at all. We called the reception again, and they told us that there was a disruption, but it would only be fixed the next day since there is nobody in the building to do that.We wanted to drink some tea in the apartment, but unfortunately, the kettle was horribly bad and left a chemical odor in the water, perhaps from the detergent they used for cleaning, making it undrinkable.Overall, our stay was bad, despite the apartment is actually not bad. Our evening was ruined by the fact that, tired after a long trip, we had to stand and shout into the intercom on a loud and cold street for almost an hour, we couldn't connect to the Internet, and even get a cup of tea and on the next morning my wife got cold.

Everything very well except noise

Liked: New, modern interior including bathroom, spacious shower
Disliked: The apartment is incredibly noisy because it is located directly on a road with high go through traffic. Even at night and on Sundays there is a significant amount of cars and you can hear each of them. The apartment building is quite new and the windows are actually sound insulated (3 layers of glass) but still it is quite noisy inside - especially when some fossil car drivers make their exhausts bang.
