Liked: I had a number of panniers on my bike, it took 3 troops to get them to my room. Some help would have been appreciated.
Disliked: No empathy with the way I was traveling.

Liked: The photograph of the grand building does not resemble the actual hotel. Rooms are very basic and needs updating.
Disliked: Position and helpful staff

Liked: The receptionist 'Robert' was really friendly and helpful. The hotel was really clean a beautiful building set in bequtiful peaceful surroundings.
Disliked: I was informed the night before my trip that the hotel where unable to serve breakfast and evening meals and there was no bar service. So I was unable to cancel and rearrange another hotel. Addituonally they were workmen still working at 20:10 at the rear of the building outside my room.
