Passable for a one night...

Liked: Parking outside. Good location as easy bus into Oxford. Clean bed.
Disliked: Very tired . Shower didn’t work. Rather grubby in general.

Liked: Our guest room was beautiful and cosy, we loved it!
Disliked: One towel had some yellow stains

Liked: Clean and practical, also good value for money, parking free on site. The rooms also had a fan which was a life saver.
Disliked: Very small rooms.

Ideal for short stay

Liked: Overall the place is fine and the bed was comfortable and clean with good size bathroom that had hot running water. It was expected from a B&B . Location is in a nice area and easy to get into town with a lot of local buses going by. Staff were friendly and accommodating . if you looking for a nice short stay this works well .

Pleasant family run b&b

Liked: The people who run this b&b are very friendly and checking in and out was easy. The bed was clean and comfortable and the shower worked very well. Overall I felt safe here. The location is nice in Summertown, close to shops and about 40 mins walk into Oxford center.
Disliked: My room was in need of some refurbishment as the balcony shelf and hooks were hanging off the wall, for example. My main complaint was that my room on the top floor got extremely hot. There was a heatwave and the window only opened a small amount and the blind did not fully close. So it was very hot in the room and difficult to sleep or spend much time in there.

Liked: Basic breakfast, on the outskirts of Summertown but still only a 20 min walk into central or a 5 min bus. Excellent stay on a budget.
Disliked: For the price, nothing. Don't expect a fancy hotel, it's a nice, cheap and cheerful B and B.
