Decent value. Taxis were a...

Liked: Breakfast was good and lunch was also good.
Disliked: Rooms warm n stuffy stayed over kitchen we left our window open for air the smell of food from kitchen wasn’t ideal. But that was just our room. Only 1window too which wasn’t ideal for air

The hotel was a standout...

Liked: We were in Ballymena for the first Mid and East Antrim Pride parade. The hotel hosted the party after the parade and. it was great to be in such an LGBT-welcoming hotel.

Comfortable stay

Liked: Easy checking. Pleasant staff all areas. Clean room. Evening meal menu gives good variety of choices.
Disliked: No fresh fruit eg bananas/apples at breakfast time.Was looking forward to my Aperol Spritzer but wasn't stocked
